The Search Engine Optimization Analyst performs analysis of search engine optimization (SEO) program, develops best practice standards, and integrates Esurance SEO alongside other acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of best practices including all areas of search marketing

Company is seeking a Content Administrator to support the ongoing management of its Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solution for the  group. 

 

The company uses  a 3rd party workflow automation tool (Unica Plan) as its MRM . The group  uses UNICA  to support the development of online marketing campaigns including the following steps:  Request campaign; Assess/Prioritize/Schedule; Develop Creative(s); Execute. 

 

MRM is designed to iterate in response to user requests to streamline processes, reduce the level of effort, and reduce cycle time for campaign development.  The tool is designed to be configured, so most of the effort is frontloaded to the analysis and requirements portion of the development cycle. 

 

 

Key responsibilities of candidate will include:

 

User Training and Support

·         Deskside Coaching – Answer ad hoc questions from users, provide reinforcement training as needed

·         Group Training – Develop and deliver training for new users, or existing users impacted by application enhancements, upgrades, or configurations. 

·         User Training Aids – Develop and update (i.e. annotated screen shots, summary Powerpoint decks)

·         Governance – Run reports to determine whether users are completing workflow tasks as required; summarize and review with managers for recognition and corrective action. 

 

Application and Workflow Changes

·         Enhancement requests (e.g. new/modified reports, functionality, changes to forms)identify needs, define requirements as needed to support BAs (user groups and BA will also identify enhancements)

Required Experience

 

·         Minimum 2 years as a Production Specialist at an Email Service Provider or creative agency plus one of the following: 

1.       2 years using Unica’s Marketing Operations application (aka Unica Plan, Unica MRM) AND 2 years experience delivering training in a business setting or as a public/private educator

OR

2.       Minimum 2 years supporting users on a complex software application including development and delivery of training

 

Preferred Experience

 

·         Unica Marketing Operations or competitive products (Aprimo, internally developed MRM/workflow applications)

·         Developing application (interactive forms) design and requirements including form and field behavior, error messaging, non/required fields, help text, field/data definitions, dependencies, etc.

    We are looking for an experienced consultative Sales Partner responsible for prospecting, developing proposals, and selling SEO, web design, paid search, e-Commerce, and social media.     Skills/Requirements

     

    • Previous web marketing and SEO Sales experience
    • Demonstrated success in business to business sales, with a consistent history of building and maintaining an active pipeline of prospective clients and a proven ability to close sales both over the phone and in person.
    • Strong understanding of the internet, web marketing, and search engine trends
    • Demonstrated consultative/ business solution sales skills
    •  Proven ability to proactively target and cultivate relationships with  prospective customers through networking, telemarketing, associations, etc 
    •  Demonstrated ability to develop solution based sales presentations based on communicating results from a free competitive analysis and ranking report focused on ROI selling.  
    • Experience working with a CRM system for account management a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of computers and programs such as Power Point, Outlook, excel, etc.

     

    Compensation

    Base Salary $40K-$60K, Commission up to $100,000 plus at plan
