Server admin w/ LAMP, Javascript, OSCommerce, & SEO for music store (fairfax)

We are an online music download store specializing in electronic music. Up to now, our company has been completely run by 2 people. I have been responsible for every technical need including all development, design and architecture - I have over 20 years experience in the field. My partner's job has been customer & client support, content management, advertising and everything else that isn't technical.

Your primary duties with us would include:
- Server admin duties, including maintaining our servers to ensure 99.9% uptime, establishing a failover-system via a 3rd party DNS service, ensuring proper backups and performance of our site.
- We will need you to be on-call and ready to fix a crashing server at any time of the day. Hopefully, you'll know how to keep this from even being an issue by taking the proper preventative measures
- Stay on top of security issues that may come up or are currently an issue in the OS web apps we run.
- Improve poor or inefficient code in our PHP and mySQL using WebYOG, the Apache2 logs, etc
- Help develop new competitive features using much more modern frameworks like Yii, MongoDB
- Keep track of your hours and what you did for each hour - to submit as an invoice to us

Demonstrate at least 5 years experience with:
- PHP
- mySQL
- JavaScript

Please provide convincing examples and demonstrate a history of working with:
- LAMP
- JavaScript (jQuery if possible)
- OSCommerce (Our site is based on OSCommerce, so it's important that you already know your way around the code.)
- SEO, site maps, etc (We need someone to take charge of getting more online exposure via search and social networking)
- Server-side scripting

Experience that would be helpful:
- Facebook's API
- Flash and ActionScript 3
- HTML5
- SVN & Git
- OpenLaszlo
- Adobe AIR
- Mobile device apps (iOS, HTML5, PhoneGap, etc)
- Other web-based languages/platforms (there are so many)
- 3rd party toolsets and OSCommerce add-ons
- Other eCommerce solutions

Compensation:
- $35/hour for 20-30 hours a month
- Company shares, if things work out, at the second tier! (early shareholders get more)
- Access to our entire music catalog (our streaming radio and downloads)

Job environment:
- Work remotely
- Bug tracking with UpTime, so you know what you should be doing next
- Email, chat and screen share via Skype or similar tech
- You will be talking to me and I pride myself on being helpful and friendly. :)

Please respond with why you think you're the person for the job, your resume, viewable online examples, and your availability.

Please outline how you would approach the position - when you would be working, how you approach a problem, etc.

Also, if you have an interest in electronic music, please let me know!

I would like to hire someone around the beginning of next month but I don't want to rush finding the right person.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a fantastic day!
